Service Description
The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical August 21–23, 2026 This registration is for cast members who have accepted a role in the production. Based on the bestselling novels by Rick Riordan, The Lightning Thief follows Percy Jackson as he discovers he's the son of Poseidon and embarks on an epic quest with Annabeth and Grover to prevent a war among the Greek gods. Packed with adventure, humor, and an exciting contemporary score, this production promises an unforgettable theatrical experience. Performances: August 21–23, 2026 Participation Fee $200 per cast member The participation fee helps cover the costs of producing the show, including performance rights, costumes, props, rehearsal materials, staffing, theater operations, and other production expenses. Completion of this registration secures your place in the cast. We can't wait to begin rehearsals and bring this incredible adventure to the stage!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Drop-Out Policy For Regular Programs: A full refund may be requested up until the end of the first week of programming. A 50% refund may be requested up to three weeks into the program. After the third week, no refunds will be issued. For Summer Camps: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the program start date for a full refund. Once the program begins, no refunds will be offered. Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [mitchell@takeparttheater.com]. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
